Hi, I’m Liv! Hey Suki’s physio, accredited run coach, Pilates instructor, and a runner for over 20 years. What started with hockey in high school has turned into a love for 10km and half marathon events, with a full marathon somewhere on the horizon.
I work with everyday runners who want to move better and feel stronger. My approach is simple: build a solid foundation, improve your technique, and support your body with the right strength and mobility. So running feels good, not like a grind.
