I’m Liv,

Hey Suki was created as a space that goes beyond traditional physio - bringing together rehab, movement, and performance. Whether you’re working through an injury, building strength through Pilates, or looking to improve your running, my approach is always centred around you as a whole person.

I have a special interest in working with runners, active humans, and women’s health - including pre/postnatal and menopause. My goal is to help you feel confident in your body, not just in the short term, but for the long run.

Through a mix of physiotherapy, run coaching, and Pilates, I focus on building strength, improving movement, and giving you the tools and understanding to stay consistent and keep doing what you love.
